Ebbs, Thomas V. Sr., Age 63, passed away suddenly at his home in Weymouth on March 9th, 2015. Tom was born in Dorchester and moved to Weymouth as a child where he grew up. Tom was always proud to be “OFD”. Tom eventually settled in Marshfield where he raised his family and loved spending time with his family on the beach. He was a proud member of Teamsters Local 653. Tom loved Boston sports especially when he was able to attend the games. Above all else he enjoyed spending time with his family especially his four grandchildren. Tom was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.
Tom is survived by his loving children Thomas Ebbs Jr. and his girlfriend Nina M. Galipeau of New Bedford, Maura Ebbs of Cambridge, Meghan Brum and her husband Nicholas of Kingston, and Joseph Ebbs of Weymouth. Tom’s former wife Margaret Fallon of Falmouth. Cherished grandfather to Maura, Lilly, Nicholas, and Joseph. Devoted brother to Margaret Ebbs, Theresa MacCallum, and AnnMarie Schindler. Tom is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
