Frank V. Adorn passed away on March 11, 2015. He was 81 years old.
Frank was a lifelong resident of Malden. He was a graduate of Malden High School and Salem State College, being in the Hall of Fame in Both Schools, and played semi-pro baseball for the city club. Frank was a United States Army Veteran during the Vietnam Era and was a teacher in the Malden School System for many years.
Frank was the devoted husband of 58 years to Eleanor (James) Adorn. He was the beloved father of Steven F. Adorn MD. And his wife Linda of Hudson, WI, and Frank Adorn of Malden and his late wife Ann. Frank was the cherished grandfather of Melissa Adorn and her fiancé David and Daniel and Meaghan Adorn of Malden-Walpole. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held from the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main Street, Malden on Monday March 16th at 9:00a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in the Immaculate Conception Church 600 Pleasant Street, Malden at 10:00a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are Sunday March 15th from 3-7p.m. Interment will be in Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody.
