Obituary

HIALEAH GARDENS, FL – Joseph F. Reglinski, Jr., 79, formerly of Webster, died Friday, March 6, 2015 in his home after a period of declining health.
He leaves a brother, Clifford J. Reglinski of East Hartford, CT.
He was born in Webster, son of Joseph F. Reglinski, Sr. and Cecelia A. (Biernat) Reglinski. He attended Mass. School of Physiotherapy in Boston for training in Radiologic Technology.
Mr. Reglinski enlisted in the United States Army in 1954 and graduated from Medical Field Service School at Fort Sam Houston, Texas where he had additional radiological training. He spent several years in Germany at different medical installations before being given an honorable discharge in 1957.
He first worked at Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, CT from 1957 to 1964. He then took a position as assistant chief technologist at Springfield Hospital in Springfield, Vermont from 1964 to 1973. In 1973, he moved to Miami and worked at Mount Sinai Medical Center as a senior staff radiologic technologist for 30 years, retiring in 2004. He then moved to Hialeah Gardens.
The funeral will be held on Friday, March 13, at 10:00 AM in St. Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster (please meet at the church). Burial will be in St. Joseph Garden of Peace, Webster. The Webster-Dudley Veterans Council will perform military honors at the cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Scanlon Funeral Service, 38 East Main St.,Webster.
