SPENCER: Cody P. Hider 23, of Pioneer Valley Dr., died Sunday, March 8.
He leaves his parents Christopher C. and Kimberly L. (Robinson) Hider, his
sister Courtney C. Hider of Spencer, maternal grandparents Paul R. and
Lorraine R. (Kniskern) Robinson of Spencer, an uncle Leonard K. Robinson of
No.Brookfield, many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Cody was an insulation engineer for Pro Insulation of Marlborough, Ct. He
graduated from David Prouty High School in 2010 where he played on the
Varsity Baseball team, and later attended UMASS-Dartmouth. He loved the
outdoors, especially fishing, kayaking and disc golf. He was also very fond
of animals including the many family dogs.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 12 from 4 to 6 pm. in J.HENRI
MORIN & SON FUNERAL HOME, 23 Maple Terr., Spencer. A Memorial Service will
conclude the calling hours at 6 p.m. Please omit flowers. Contributions may
be made to the David Prouty High School Permanent Scholarship Fund, 302
Main St., Spencer, Ma. 01562 in his memory.
