Stephen P. King, an 18 year resident of Everett and formerly of Charlestown, entered into eternal life suddenly on Saturday, March 7, 2015 at the Whidden Hospital in Everett. He was 49 years old.
Stephen was born in Boston on December 11, 1965, a son of William S. "Bill" King and the late Helen M. (Reidy) King. He grew up in Charlestown where he was educated, and later graduated from Don Bosco High School. Stephen worked for a moving company for the majority of his life.
Stephen is the devoted father of Stephen King, Scottie King and his wife Michelle, Shayla King, October Reid, Megan Lounsberry, and Amber King. He is the loving Papa to Scottie, Kevin, Ava, and Seamus. He is the beloved brother of Billy King, Johnny King, Jimmy King, Theresa Mastropietro, Kathleen King, Nancy Duraes, Kerri Mento, Amy Hurd, and the late Kevin King.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Stephen's Funeral on Friday, March 13, 2015 at 9 A.M. from The Carr Funeral Home, 220 Bunker Hill St. Charlestown followed by his Funeral Mass in St. Mary's Church, 55 Warren St. Charlestown at 10 A.M. Burial will be private. Visiting hours Thursday, March 12, 2015 from 4 to 8 P.M. in the funeral home.
