Anne E. (Toczylowski) White, age 101, of Lynn, died at the Brookside at Regency, Centerville, Mass., after a lengthy illness March 9.
Born in Lynn, she was the daughter of the late Kazimierz and Marcyana (Werda) Toczylowski and the wife of the late Warren F. White Sr. Anne lived in Falmouth with her daughter for the past five years. She was a beautician and owner of the Charme Beauty Salon for many years, retiring in 1980.
She was a former member of the Polish Legion American Veterans Auxiliary, past president of the St. Hedwig’s, Holy Rosary Sodality, St. Michael’s Retirees, St. Michael’s PNA Lodge 630 and was a lifelong communicant of St. Michael’s Church before its closing.
She is survived by three sons, retired Classical High School principal Warren F. White Jr. and his wife Beverly of Lynn, Dennis R. White, CBS Television of New York, Purchasing Agent for the City of Lynn Charles E. White, her daughter Marcia A. Gaudet and her husband Stephen of East Falmouth and daughter-in-law Carol White of Lynn. Loving grandmother of Michael and his wife Kate, Matthew, Hilary, Andrew, and Alison White, Lauren and Amanda Gaudet, great-granddaughter Madeline A. White, and four nephews. She was the sister of the late Henry M., Betty D. and Chester S. Toczylowski.
Service information: Relatives and friends are invited to her funeral service from the NADWORNY FUNERAL HOME, 798 Western Ave., Lynn, on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Followed by her Mass of Christian Burial in St. Mary’s Church, So. Common Street, Lynn, at 10:30 a.m. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery, Boston Street, Lynn. Visiting hours Wednesday from 4-8 p.m.
