Mary B. Read, 89 of Windham, NH, passed away on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at the Grace House of Windham after a lengthy illness. She was born on December 20, 1925, in Attleboro, MA a daughter of the late Kenneth Blandin and Rose Rousseau. Mary graduated from Bryant College in Rhode Island where she graduated top of her class with honors. She was a quilt teacher for many years and she enjoyed knitting and sewing.
A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by two daughters, Dale Ashera –Davis and wife Cindy Shreaves of MD, Crystal Tessier and husband Gerry of NH; two sons, Bradley Read of MA and Lincoln Read of CT; special grandchildren, Tyler, Jessie, Brittany ,Jillian , and Laurel; several great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Mary was the widow of Robert Read.
Calling hours were held on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm with funeral service that followed begin at 7:00 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH.
