Michael Lee Rinker, 67, of Anderson died February 25, 2015 at Community Hospital in Anderson.
He was born July 16, 1947 in Anderson to Nevin and Mary (Allam) Rinker.
He served in the U.S. Marines during Vietnam.
He worked for the State Highway Department in the Maintenance department and Anderson Herald Bulletin.
He enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his wife of 47 years, Suzetta Faye (Davis) Rinker; mother, Mary (Allam) Rinker; sons, Kevin M. (Telly) Rinker and Eric L. Rinker; sister, Linda Moody; three grandchildren, Justin, Kayla and Emily; nephew, David Willis all of Anderson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Nevin Rinker.
Visitation will be Monday, March 2, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
Cremation will take place.
Memorial contributions may be given to the American Diabetes Association.
