Westport – Leo P. Thibault, 58, of Westport died after a brief illness Saturday, January 8, 2005 at home with his family by his side. He was the husband of Kathleen M. (O’Hearn) Thibault.
He was born in Fall River, son of the late George A. and Lillian E. (Messier) Thibault, and had resided in Westport for many years. He was a 1965 graduate of B.M.C. Durfee High School and attended Bristol Community College. Mr. Thibault was a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served his country during the Vietnam War. He was a communicant of St. John the Baptist Church, Westport.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by: 2 brothers: Donald G. Thibault of Hudson, FL and Norbert A. Thibault of Leesburg, FL; 3 sisters: Lorraine Dias of Fall River, Pauline P. Burke of Berwick, ME and Muriel R. Godinet of Fall River; and several nieces and nephews.
Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of Potter Funeral Home, 81 Reed Road, Westport.
