Elizabeth L. (Howes) Widden, 87, of Westport, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at Sarah Brayton Nursing Care Center. She was the wife of the late Robert R. Widden.
Born in Newton, daughter of the late George E. Howes, Anna E. (Kammer) and Henry F. Poydar, she had resided in Milton for most of her life prior to moving to Westport. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter: Debra E. Brown and her husband Stephen of Westport; her brother: Henry Poydar of Lincoln, MA; 2 grandchildren: Chris Brown and Heather McCarthy, both of Westport; 2 great grandchildren: Samantha and Taylor; her beloved friend Louie Imbaro; and several nieces and nephews.
She was the mother of the late Robert H. Widden and sister of the late Georgelyn Kaureran,
