Sara Daniel Fallaw
Augusta, GA – Mrs. Sara Daniel Thompson Fallaw entered into rest Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at University Hospital.
Mrs. Fallaw was a native of Oglethorpe County in Lexington, GA. She was the daughter of the late Warren F. Daniel, Sr. and the late Sara A. Daniel. She received her education at Meson Academy and attended Georgia State College for Women in Milledgeville, GA. She was an active member at St. Mark United Methodist Church and of the Faith Discussion Sunday School Class.
Family members include her daughter: Sandra Thompson Weiss (Bruce); son: William “Bill” E. Thompson, III; grandson: Sean Thompson; 2 nieces; Rosemary Wren, Charlotte Daniel; and nephew: Philip Roberson. She is preceded in death by her husband and father of her children: William E. Thompson, Jr.; second husband: William Fallaw; brother: Warren F. Daniel, Jr.; sister-in-law: Martha M. Daniel; and nephew: Danny Daniel.
A memorial service will be Friday, February 27, 2015 at 1:00 P.M. at St. Mark United Methodist Church with Rev. Charles Broome officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the church.
Burial will be at a later date.
