Annis Melba (Estep) Dearduff

Melba Dearduff, 83, of Daleville died Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at Community Hospital after a brief illness.
She was born July 13, 1931 in Asbury, West Virginia to Vernon and Gertrude (Jones) Estep.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Middletown, IN. She was a homemaker and a cub Scout leader. She loved animals and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, James Eugene Dearduff; two sons Vernon Dearduff and Gary (Rhonda) Dearduff all of Daleville; three granddaughters, Laura (Shawn) Nelson of Chesterfield; Sarah Dearduff (fiancé Kyle Lindsey) of Chesterfield and Audrey Dearduff of Daleville; great grandson, Liam Lindsey; five siblings, Elizabeth (Bill) Keesling of Anderson; Bonnie (Michael) Caldwell of NC; Oretha (Bob) Gudger of NC; Buster (Emily) Estep of WV and Pete (Donna) Estep of WV;
and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister, Marie Harvey and two brothers, Howard and Calvin Estep.
Services will be 1:00 P.M. on Friday, February 27 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Rev. David Waters of First Baptist Church Middletown, IN officiating.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 P.M. on Thursday, February 26, 2015.
Burial will be in Saunders Cemetery in Daleville..
