Charles Beaulieu, 88 of Salem NH and formerly of Methuen passed away peacefully on February 15, 2015 at the Holy Family Hospital. Charles was born on August 9, 1926 in Methuen to the late Rosario and Anita (Becotte) Beaulieu. After attending school in Methuen, he enlisted in the United States Army and served in Korea during WWII. He was the former owner and operator of a Gulf gas and service station in South Lawrence; and retired from Hemingway Transportation of Woburn.
Charles was the beloved husband of Ida (Michaud) Beaulieu with whom he shared 59 years of marriage. He was the devoted father of Carol Beaulieu of West Medford, Jeff Beaulieu of Salem, NH and the late Diane Beaulieu. He was the dear brother of Terry Guilmet of Londonderry, NH and the late Laurent Beaulieu and his surviving spouse, Georgette Beaulieu of Kittery, ME. Charles was the loving grandfather of Jennifer and Jeffrey.
