Poole, Jerry Emmett, 74, of Louisville passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015.
Jerry was a U.S. Navy veteran, and had retired from Tube Turns & Active Transportation.
Survivors include his wife, Cheryl Ann (Bell) Poole; two daughters, Lori Vititoe (Greg) & Melissa Smith (Scott); two brothers; five grandchildren, Adrienne, Allison, Adam, Alyssa & Adyson.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Monday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be 12:00 – 8:00 P.M. Sunday & After 10:00 A.M. Monday
