Olivine M. (Mulcahey) Erickson,81, of 17 Lake Ave., died Friday, Dec. 31 at The Meadows of Leicester.
Her husband of 56 years, Sven Erickson, died in 2000. She leaves a daughter Sandra M. Thibaud of Leicester, a sister Charlotte Owen of Yarmouth, Me., two grandchildren, Kirsten Erickson and Nowell Thibaud, three great grandchildren, Cassandra, Kristofer and Jonathan and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Erickson was a cafeteria worker at one time at Leicester's Memorial School for many years. She was a past member of the Leicester Mother's Club and once sang with a local singing group called the Melodeers. She attended Leicester Schools.
Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of Benjamin J. and Dora M. (Cormier) Mulcahey.
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 1p.m. in the MORRISON-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 1131 Main St., Leicester, burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Leicester. Calling hours are Monday, Jan. 3 from 6 to 8p.m. in the funeral home.
