Memorial service Friday (2/20) 10:00 AM at RIVER OF GOD CHURCH, 2490 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM. Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred in lieu of flowers.
