Shane Ducharme, 35, of Hooksett, NH passed away suddenly on Friday, February 13, 2015 at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester, NH surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 1, 1979, in Haverhill, MA, the son of the late Mary Ann (Pike) Freeman and David Ducharme. In addition to his mother, he was also predeceased by his brother, Shawn Pike, his grandmother, Sue Ducharme, as well as several uncles and cousins.
He shared his life with his wife of 8 years, Jennifer (Moniz) Ducharme, his brothers, DJ Ducharme of Raymond, NH and Cody Freeman of Florence, KY. He was loved by several cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws, two god daughters and many friends whom he loved like family. His memory will remain in the hearts of each and every person who was lucky enough to know him.
He was an avid Boston Bruin's fan and loved riding his ATV's. He was known for his creativity, his talent for art and the trades, and his ability to tell a great story and make people laugh.
Calling hours were held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015 from 4:00 to 6:00 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry, NH. A Funeral service followed at 6:00 pm in the funeral home.
