William Terrell Willis, 73, of Enigma died Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at his residence. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mr. Willis at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 15, 2015, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest. Rev. George Parrish will officiate.
Mr. Willis was born on December 14, 1941 in Tift County and was the son of Charles Cecil Willis and Minnie Ruth Rape Willis, both deceased. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Quinell Joiner Willis; and a grandson, Brandon Jacobs. He was a tile installer for Delk Carpet and Tile in Tifton.
Mr. Willis is survived by two sons, Terry Willis of Enigma and James David Willis of Hampton; three daughters, Sherry Lynn Wright of Griffin, Beth Harrell of Ocilla and Teresa Esco of Tifton; one step-daughter, Stacey Dawn Hogan of Ocilla; one sister, Marie Gray of Tifton; eight grandchildren, Terry Willis Jr., Justin Jacobs, Logan Harrell, Clay Harrell, Joey Allen Conklin, Emma Grace Wright, Grace Esco, Samantha Lynn Conklin; three great-grandchildren, Chloee Willis, Rylee Willis and Tyler Jacobs; and his special friends, Susan Crum and her daughters, Ashley Pate and Amber Case and Edward Daniel.
