NO. BILLERICA - Earl J. “Jim” Doak, age 54, died peacefully on Sunday evening, February 8, from an apparent stroke on Saturday. He was described as a “gentle giant” with a heart of gold, who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
He was a lifelong resident of Billerica and North Billerica, born in Shirley on July 6, 1960 to Catherine M. (Sullivan) Doak of Port St. Lucie, FL, and the late Earl M. Doak, who died in 2011. He made his way in life as a handyman and home renovation specialist.
He will be deeply missed by his mother; his daughter, Taryn Doak of Elbertson, GA; and five siblings, Deborah Ann Ouellette and her husband Patrick of Ivoryton, CT, Laura Ann Hunt and her husband Stephen of No. Billerica, Stephen D. Doak of Billerica, Brian T. Doak of Lowell, and Richard J. Doak of Billerica; his former wife and friend, Lisa Greene of Tewksbury; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, and was preceded in death, last year, by his sister-in-law, Carole Ann Razzino,
Relatives and friends will be received Monday, February 16, from 10:00 a.m until 12:00 Noon in the Tewksbury Funeral Home, corner of 1 Dewey and 975 Main Sts. (Rte. 38) TEWKSBURY CENTER, Ph.
