Norma V. (Cincotta) McConnell, died peacefully Monday, at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital. She was 75.
A life-long Medford resident, she was the daughter of the late Tomaso and the late Mildred (Porcello) Cincotta. Norma worked for many years as a bookkeeper at Medford City Hall. She later worked for ten years in the accounting department at Loehmann’s, before her retirement.
She was the beloved niece of Doris Gagnon of Tewksbury and Salvatore Abbadessa of Lexington. She was a devoted sister of Betty Lewis and her husband Bob of Maine, Pat Rankin of Lowell and Robert Rankin of New Mexico. She was a special cousin to Deanne Pescatore of Burlington and is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may visit Thursday at 9 AM at the Dello Russo Funeral Home,306 Main St., Medford, with a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 10 AM in St. Clement Church, Medford. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations may be sent to charity of One’s choice.
