Obituary

Rosalie M. (Pasqualone) Troisi, 89, a long-time resident of Winchester, passed away peacefully on February 3, with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Charles C. Troisi.

Born in Medford, Rosalie was the daughter of the late Domenico C. and Mary L. (Picariello) Pasqualone. Mrs. Troisi had worked for a time as a clerical assistant at the Boston Navy Yard, and as a Service Representative for New England Telephone, as well as for her husband’s construction company.

Her most important job was that of a homemaker. Rosalie’s focus was always her family, whether it was her kids’ and grandchildren’s birthday parties, or the many holiday gatherings. Her grandchildren were the joy of her life.

In her spare time, Rosalie made frequent trips to California to visit family. Locally, she enjoyed rides to Rockport, road trips to Maine for lobster, or to Woodman’s for the fried clams. Her children remember her as being known for her love of a good cup of coffee and pleasant conversation.

Rosalie is survived by her children: Lawrence A. and Linda Troisi of Oceanside, CA, Charles A. and Julia Troisi of Woburn, Paul R. and Kathleen Troisi of Winchester, Marianna Troisi of Winchester, Mark J. and Deborah Troisi of Lynnfield and Stephanie Troisi of Winchester. She is further survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, along with her siblings Richard of Murray Hill, NJ, and Marianna, Rita and Alana Pasqualone of Bedford, MA.
