Preceded in death by wife Merle and 3 brothers & 2 sisters. Survived by children Alan (Elaine), Cherye Griffiths (Randy), Margo, Sue Payne (David) and Jay (Barb); 8 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 1 great great granddaughter; brothers Arden, Myron (Darlene); sisters Lorretta (Arley) Kendall & Mae (Duane) Pulkrabeck; In-laws and many nieces, nephews and friends. Retired from Whirpool after 37 years in 1984. Service Thursday (February 5) at 10:00 AM at LAKEVIEW LUTHERAN CHURCH, 1194 East County Road C, Maplewood. Private Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday from 6:00- 8:00pm at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Avenue, North St. Paul and Thursday one hour before the service at church.
