Joan L. Giguere 74, died January 25, 2015 at Oakland Grove Health Care Center. She was the wife of the late Norman Giguere. Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Victor and Irene (Nicoletti) Morin. Joan worked as a shipper/ receiver in area woolen mills.
She is survived by two daughters Christine Beauregard of Woonsocket, and Catherine Curley of Lincoln, a brother Victor Morin of Burrillville, a sister Carol Laforest of Woonsocket, four grandsons, and one great-grandson, and three great granddaughters. She was also the sister of the late Jeanne Dube.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10:00 AM in All Saints Church, Rathbun St. Woonsocket. Burial is private. Arrangements are under the direction of the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home.
