Henderson, Ian Scott, 34, passed away Friday, January 30, 2015 in Louisville, KY. He was born to James and Jennifer (Ratliff) Henderson in Hardin Co., KY, on December 24, 1980.
He is preceded in death by his father and granddaughter, Ava Forman.
Scott is survived by his mother; his wife, Leslie (Stevenson) Henderson; and three sons, Tyler Forman, Jason Manco, and Christopher Hedges; and a daughter, Jordon Manco; two grandsons, Brentlee Forman, and Ryan Kessinger; two brothers, James Henderson (Tara) and Chris Henderson (Stephanie); three sisters, Nikki Henderson, Stacy Bridgewater (Lee), Misty Keith (Justin); his softball family and many friends.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 4, 2015, 10:00 AM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Visitation is Tuesday 2:00 – 8:00 PM.
Burial in St. Andrews Cemetery.
