Rita F. Manion, 89, of Londonderry, NH, died Monday, December 27, 2004 in Parkland Medical Center in Derry, NH. Mrs. Manion was born in Jersey City, NJ on June 30, 1915, a daughter of the late James and Martha (Brogdon) Manion. She was a resident of Londonderry briefly, formerly living in Penfield, NY and Jersey City, NJ. She was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose.
She is survived by one daughter, Rose Eagen and her husband Brian of Londonderry, three grandchildren, Sean Eagen and his wife Sukanya of Pelham, NH, Erin Eagen of Andover, MA, Eileen Eagen of N. Andover, MA, two great granddaughters, one nephew of NJ. She was predeceased by her husband Arthur E. Manion who died in 1979.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 29th at 12:00pm in St. Joseph Church, Main St., Salem, NH. Friends may call on Tuesday from 7 - 9pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 11:00am in the Holy Cross Cemetery in N. Arlington, NJ.
