NELSON, Stephanie Ann, of Middletown, CT and formerly of Scituate, MA, passed away suddenly from natural causes on January 30th, 2015.
Stephanie graced the world on August 3rd, 1989, in Boston, MA. Stephanie graduated from Scituate High School in 2008 and went on to study at Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH and Middlesex Community College in Middletown, CT. She enjoyed working and never had a problem finding it due to her work ethic and natural charisma.
Stephanie had an infectious laugh that was known and loved by all who had the pleasure to hear it. Her wit, frankness and encompassing love for others were her trademarks. She was a social butterfly from birth. She enjoyed art in all its forms – music, movies, paintings, and photographs. She interned at Wesleyan University’s Center for the Arts in 2013. When she wasn’t surrounding herself with family, friends and coworkers, she enjoyed reading and writing and always kept herself busy.
Stephanie was preceded into Heaven by her grandparents Dorothea R. (Shultz) and Albert J. Nelson, Sr., respectively. Loving little (turned tall) peanut and devoted daughter to Danielle M. Hooley, of Plymouth, and Albert J. Nelson, Jr., of Braintree. Amazing and irreplaceable sister to Samantha K. Nelson of Myrtle Beach, S.C., and Amanda M. Nelson, of Abington; the Simon to our Alvin and Theodore. Beloved granddaughter of Patricia J. Colton, of Weymouth. Adored by all her cousins, who became adopted siblings. Cherished by her aunts and uncles. Never forgotten by all of her extended family. She leaves behind her boyfriend, Ryan Morin, who swept her off her feet the way she’d always hoped someone would. She waves goodbye to hundreds of friends – from Scituate, to Plymouth State, to Middletown and beyond.
