Diafranni Jimenez, 8, a resident of Lawrence, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 26, 2015 at the Lawrence General Hospital.
Born in Cambridge, MA on June 27, 2006, Diafranni was a second grade student at the Tarbox School. Prior to that he had attended Lawrence Catholic Academy. Diafranni was a music lover who loved to sing and will always be remembered as a wonderful loving boy.
The son of Francisco and Leonor (Damiron) Jimenez, other family members include his paternal grandmother Ramona Carnela of the Dominican Republic as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Diafranni's funeral mass will be celebrtaed on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Mary of the Assumption Church, 300 Haverhill St., Lawrence, MA. Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery, also in Lawrence, MA. Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, February 2, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 122 Amesbury St., Lawrence, MA.
