Brian E. Barry of Stoneham passed away on Thursday, December 23, 2004 at New England Baptist Hospital in Boston. He was 52 years of age.
Born in Queens, New York, Brian has been a resident of Stoneham for the past 25 years. Brian was the son of Cecille (Pettitt) Barry and the late John K. Barry. Brian was a loving and adoring son, brother, husband, father, uncle and friend. He will be missed by all.
Brian graduated from Assumption Prepatory School in Worcester in 1970. He then graduated from Boston College in 1974. Brian was a dedicated office clerk in the Radio Systems Field for many years.
Brian was a devoted family man. His family was first and foremost in his life. Brian enjoyed reading, traveling, sports and watching movies.
Brian was the beloved husband of Marilyn (Bannon) Barry. He was the devoted father of Meaghan and Colleen Barry. Brian was the brother of Joanne Tax of IL, Michael Barry and James Barry, both of New Hampshire. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Tuesday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrated in St. Patrick’s Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours Monday 4-8pm.
