Robert R. Teto, 79, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015 surrounded by his beloved children. He was the son of the late Rocco and Mary (Rattenni) Teto. Bob was the founder of the family owned Northeast Casket Company, where he proudly worked alongside his children. He was also a Providence Fire Department Firefighter for 20 years before his retirement. He served in the RI Army National Guard. He was a member of the Massachusetts Funeral Directors and Casket and Funeral Supply Associations
Bob is survived by his children: Robert J. Teto and his wife, Jane of Smithfield, RI, Linda Rossi and her husband, John of Providence, RI, Robin Pasquazzi and her husband, Rick of Smithfield, RI, his grandchildren: Lori Reilly and Maryanne Teto, his great grandchildren: Jason and Angel Reilly, his sister, Ann Teto of Greenville, RI, his former wife, and mother of their three children, Evelyn Levesque of Greenville, RI and his cousin Arlene Russo of Johnston, RI. He was the brother of the late Madeline Kemp.
His funeral will be held Tuesday at 10am from the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, RI. Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in Our Lady of Czenstochowa, 445 Washington Street, Coventry, RI. Burial will be in St. Ann’s Cemetery, Cranston, RI. Visitation Monday 3-7pm.
