Janet M. (Palise) Vecchiarello passed away at the Kaplan Family Hospice House on January 20, 2015. She was 79 years old.
Janet was a longtime resident of Medford. She worked for many years at Shore Pharmacy in Medford as a cashier and a longtime volunteer of Saint Raphael’s Bingo.
Janet was the devoted wife of the late Leo Vecchiarello Jr. She was the beloved mother of Leo Vecchiarello III and his wife Lylette of Danvers. Janet was the sister of Carole Vollman Mahler and her husband Elliot, Nancy Roberts and her husband Stephen, and Ronald Palise. She was the cherished grandmother of Jordan, Lynda-Rose, and Victoria Vecchiarello.
Visitation will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home, 865 Main Street, Malden on Saturday January 24th from 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m. A service will be held at 10:30a.m. during the visitation. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be in Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
