Lawrence Allen “Larry” Dishler, 57, of Tifton died Monday, January 19, 2015, at his residence. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mr. Dishler at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 22, 2015, at Oakview Cemetery in Camilla, where he will be laid to rest. Rev. Joseph L. Crumley will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. Dishler’s family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Mr. Dishler was born on May 28, 1957 in Rochester, Pennsylvania and was the son of Lawrence Wayne Dishler of Eastman and the late Sarah Pander Dishler. In addition to his mother, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth Lyn Falotico Dishler. He was a truck driver for Hard Rock Express.
Mr. Dishler is survived by one son, Michael Jason Dishler of Tifton; one daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer Lyn Dishler and Jake Cavenaugh of Tifton; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Henry and Tina Dishler of Eastman and Michael and June Dishler of Ty Ty; one grandson, Zachary Butler; and several nieces and nephews.
