Catherine T. "Kay" (Costa) LeBlanc, 93, of Dartmouth died Friday January 16, 2015 at Brandon Woods of Dartmouth. She was the wife of the late Clarence A. LeBlanc, M.D.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late John R. Costa and Helen (O'Malley) Perry, she lived in New Bedford most of her life before moving to Dartmouth in 2000.
She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church, South Dartmouth.
Survivors include two nieces, Joanne Stephen and Catherine Smith; her close friends, Theresa Hallett and Tony Duarte; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and ten great-great grandchildren.
She was the mother of the late Diane DeMoranville, stepmother of the late Lucille M. Cyr, and sister of the late Anna Jacqueline Stephen.
Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 AM at St. Mary's Church, South Dartmouth. Burial will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery. Visiting hours are omitted.
