She was born in Somerset KY, to Douglas and Irene (Wilburn) Cummings.
Angela was a Family Home Provider with Kentuckiana Nursing.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
Angela is survived by her husband: Tony; Children: Chad (Stephanie), Melissa, Jennifer, Jon (Megan), and Emily;
Grandchildren: Taylor, Peanut, Ashton, and Savannah; a Brother: Billy; Sisters: Tammy, and Cheryl; Several Nieces and Nephews.
Funeral Service will be Monday, January, 19, 2015 at 2:00PM at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy, with visitation from 11:00 – 2:00PM.
Burial at Beth Haven Cemetery.
