Cynthia A. (Wilberger) Higgins, 73, of Norton, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born on May 28, 1941 in Endicott, NY, she was the daughter of the late Guy and Charlotte (Ball) Wilberger.
Mrs. Higgins was a resident of Norton since 2000, and formerly resided in Manchester, CT, Ashland and Holliston.
She worked for the FDIC for over 20 years, most recently as a facilities operations specialist.
Mrs. Higgins enjoyed spending time with her family and especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by two sons Richard Higgins, Jr. and his wife Deborah of Medway and William Higgins of Norton, two grandchildren, Nicole Lobisser and her husband Jason of Medway and Danielle Perkins and her husband Clayton Perkins, III of Whitinsville and a sister Charlene Thomas and her husband Jack of Natick.
She was the sister of the late Arthur Wilberger.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours at the Ginley Crowley Funeral Home, 3 Barber St. in Medway (www.ginleyfuneralhomes.com) on Saturday, January 17 from Noon - 2 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 2 p.m.
