GLOUCESTER – Elinor (Foster) Grassler, 87, died peacefully Sunday, January 11, 2015. She was the wife of the late Allan Weaver and the late Eugene Grassler.
Born in Dorchester on April 1, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Edith (Burton) Foster. She is survived by her son, Christopher Weaver of Valencia, CA, and two daughters, Roberta, wife of Rev. Robert Jarvis of Gloucester, with whom she resided and Jan, wife of Richard Pawlak of Mashpee, MA, as well as many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life will be held at the Cape Ann Bible Church at a later date.
