Terrell, Patricia “Pat” (O’Neal), passed away Monday, January 12, 2015 in Louisville, KY.
She was a Homemaker, and a member of Shively Baptist Church. She was born in Corbin, Ky to Raymond and Ruth (Peace) O’Neal.
Pat is preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ray O’Neal and step-father, Kay Whitson.
Her survivors include her husband, Joe; children, Debra Bannon (John) and Michael Terrell; one grandchild, Kimberly Baker (Jonathan); brothers, Harold Whitson (Cheryl), Phil Whitson (Connie), Ket Whitson (Gail), David Whitson (Bonnie); and Ray’s wife, Glenda; sisters, Brenda Edwards and Zona Whitson.
Funeral service will be Friday, January 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM, at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy.
Visitation Thursday from 5:00–8:00PM.
Burial will be in Barbourville City Cemetery.
