HAYDEN CHASE DUKES, 4, passed away on January 8, 2015.
He is survived by his mother, Amanda Dukes; his brother, Mason Dukes; grandmother, Christine Fields; his uncle Zachary Fields; and several cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with cremation to follow.
Visitation will be from 12 – 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
