Anne M. (Bochnia) LaBonte, 93, of Manchester, died peacefully January 8, 2015 at Hackett Hill Health Care Center after a period of declining health.
She was born in Manchester, NH on September 28, 1921, the daughter of Anthony and Henrietta (Piskor) Bochnia. Anne was educated in local schools and was a lifelong resident of the area. She worked for Gulton Industries as an electronic supervisor for 35 years.
Anne enjoyed working in her garden, long days at the beach, trips to Florida and Vermont, and summer vacations in Wells, ME. Over all, she loved spending time with her family.
She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur J. LaBonte in 1976.
The family includes three daughters, Patricia Lein and her friend Richard Lyon of Rutland, VT, Gloria Oudens and husband Daniel of Bedford, and Arlene Moreau of Greenland; three grandchildren; Richard Lein and his wife Biruta Zujane of Paris, France, Jessica (Lein) O’Brien of Albany,NY, and Amara (Moreau) Briggs and her husband Jason of Bala Cynwyd, PA; five great grandchildren, Artur and Maria Lein of Paris, France, Macy O’Brien of Albany, NY, and Gavin and Jenna Briggs of Bala Cynwyd, PA.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at St. Hedwig Church followed by committal prayers in the mausoleum at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
