David Coy McCall, 49 of Cedarville and Provincetown formerly of Boston’s South End died Monday in the Faulkner Hospital Boston after a long illness.
Born in Bristol, VA, he is the son of Herman McCall and the late Marjorie Jean (Scott).
David was an Ophthalmology Technician with Mass Eye and Ear Infirmary for 15 years. David enjoyed foreign and U.S. travel and spent many happy years in Provincetown.
Companion of 27 years Vinnie LiPomi. Brother of Shirley Wickson of Las Vegas, NV, Verrill “Vicky” Edwardsen of Shrewsbury, Rebecca Hicks of Uxbridge, Robert McCall of Greensboro, NC, and James McCall of Millville. Son of Herman McCall of Greensboro, NC and the late Marjorie Jean (Scott). Nephew of Robert and John Scott. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be celebrated in the McLaughlin-Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, Monday December 27 at 4 PM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend and may visit with the family at 3 PM.
A memorial service is also planned for June 18th 2005 in Provincetown. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be sent in David’s memory to the AIDS Action Committee, 294 Washington St. 5th Floor, Boston MA 02108.
