Mildred Joan (Richards) Riley, 83 of Anderson died January 8, 2015 at her residence after a brief illness.
She was born June 7, 1931 in Cubage, Kentucky to Garrett and Lucy (Owens) Richards.
She graduated from Bell County High School.
She worked production at Guide Lamp and retired in 1993 from Delco Remy after 40 years service.
She was a member of U.A.W.
She is survived by her daughter, Patricia (Terry) Henderson, her son, James William (Rebecca) Riley, Jr. all of Anderson; brother, John Richards of NC; two sisters, Eunice Zimmer of Chesterfield and Della L. Riley of Pendleton; sister-in-law, Rosamarie Richards in NC; four grandchildren, Tricia (John) Pinatiello; Chad Henderson (his girlfriend Amanda Taylor); Michael Riley and Peter Riley; two great grandchildren, Zoe Henderson and Toryn Pinatiello; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Frank and Bill and two sisters, Janice and Juanita; and a daughter, Brenda Lee Riley.
Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 P.M. Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service.
