Pamela K. (Ellsworth) Jones
March 24, 1959 - Jan. 6, 2015

Pamela K. (Ellsworth) Jones, 55, of Anderson died at her residence, January 6, 2015 after an extended illness.

She was born March 24, 1959 in Anderson to Gwynford Wayne and Mary (Driggers) Ellsworth.

She owned and operated Scenic Seekers Tours.

She was president of Anderson City Council; head of Voters Registration; Democrat Precinct Committeewoman; member of Democratic Women's Club and a Charter Member of Roosevelt Kennedy Club.

She was a lifetime member of First Pentecostal Church in Anderson.

She loved and adored her parents, and her sister and brother.

She is survived by her husband of 24 years, Merle Jones of Anderson; her parents, Gwynford Wayne and Mary (Driggers) Ellsworth; two sons, Elvis Presley (Crystal) Jones; Robert James (Lisa) Jones; several grandchildren; sister, Chena Ellsworth; brother, Allen (Shelly) Ellsworth; brothers-in-law: Carlos Jones; Charles G. Jones; Doyle Jones; Robert Jones; David Jones; Darell Jones; Rodney Jones and Jerry Jones and sister-in-law, Barbara Shelton; several nieces and nephews; her nine step-children, Ruby Hague; Millie Jones; Barbara Jones-Fisher; Robin Riley; Shelley Frantom; Jackie Jones; Sheila Faye Jewell; Regina Jones and Cindy Cruz; six special friends, Julie Peters; Lisa Clark; Sheila Ashley; Lisa Jones; Diane Looper and her Tennessee pal, Jaylena Jones.

She was preceded in death by her son, Charles M. W. Jones; aunt Marlene Doddridge; uncles, Gary and Doug Ellsworth; brothers-in-law: Roger Jones, Shelly Jones and Alford Jones; three step-children, Melissa K. Jones; Merle F. Jones, II and Dale Keith Jones.

Services will be 11 am on Saturday, January 10 at First Pentecostal Church, 630 West 53rd Street; Anderson, IN with Bishop Danny St. Clair; Rev. Luke St. Clair and Bishop R. B. Bingham
officiating. Burial will follow in East Maplewood Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday, January 9 from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, one hour prior to the service at 11 am at the church.

Memorial contributions may be given to First Pentecostal Church, 630 West 53rd Street; Anderson, IN 46013
