Mr. Warren Michael Anderson, 73, of Milan, NH, passed away on Friday January 2, 2015. Warren was born in Berlin, NH on April 7, 1941. Warren is predeceased by his loving parents Erling Norman Anderson and Veronica Marie (Grigel) Anderson and his brother Erling N. Anderson, Jr. & several Aunt’s, Uncle’s and long time friends. Warren grew up in Berlin, NH. Graduated from St. Patrick High School in 1959. Worked for Louis Catello & Son, was married in 1965 to his lovely wife Marie and they purchased a house in Milan, NH where they lived along with baby daughter Sherry. Warren was also a Veteran of the United States Army, Warren worked many jobs employed as a tractor trailer driver and mechanic for Adley’s Yellow Freight, and The Ford Garage, worked construction for Pike Paving along with several other companies, worked on Paper Machines at Brown Company, James River Corporation, Crown Vantage, and retired from Frazier Paper Co., Warren was a member of St. Anne’s Church of Good Shepherd Parish, was a life member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles,a member of the American Legion,a member of the National Rifle Association, a member fo the Amateur Trap Shooters Association, a Director with the Sportsman’s Alliance and a Director of the Androscoggin Valley Fish & Game Association for almost 20 years, many of which serving as the clubs Quarter Master and receiving awards such as Director of the Year and Sportsman of the Year. Warren loved to Trap shoot he attended many shoots in Maine, NH., Vermont, Mass., Conn., New York, Penn., Las Vegas, and even ran the trap shooting range in his home town of Milan NH, for many years. Warren was able to compete in several of the Grand American Trap Shoots one of which was in Vandalia Ohio and shoot against some of the top competitors in the world. Warren loved the outdoors and all the animals in it, as well as hunting, fishing, trapping. He earned many trophies’ trap shooting and was very proud of them. He also was a pilot, tractor-trailer driver, loved to ride motorcycle, snow machine’s and all terrain vehicles, as well as boating, and motor home travel.
Warren leaves behind his Wife of 49 years Marie R. (Amero) Anderson, Daughter Sherry L. Anderson, Grandson Robert, Great Grand Children Joey, and Lily. Two Aunts, several cousins, and many Precious extended family members & Friends who were very special to him.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday January 8, 2015 at 10 AM at St. Anne Church of Good Shepherd Parish. There will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are asked to meet directly at the church. The Bryant Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
