Phillips, Kaziah Gracie, 3 year old daughter of Laura & Darren Phillips passed away Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Kosair Childrens Hospital.
Kaziah is also survived by a sister, Jesalynn Alexandria Phillips; a brother, Isaiah Alexander Phillips; grandmother, Donna Cooley; great grandmother, Peggy Phillips.
Memorial services will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday at the Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy. with memorial visitation from 3:00 – 7:00 .
