Linda Lou Britton Linley, 66, of Tifton died Monday, December 29, 2014, at her residence. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 31, 2014, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. A memorial service will be held for Mrs. Linley at a later date.
Mrs. Linley was born on February 13, 1948 in Shelby County, Alabama and was the daughter of Cebo Belcher and Clara Smith Belcher, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by one son, Burton Britton; and one brother, Porter Belcher. She retired from nursing after 30 years and had a great love of shopping for antiques.
Mrs. Linley is survived by her husband, Jerry P. Linley of Tifton; one son, Paul D. Britton of Acworth; three sisters, Barbara Pierce, Velma Radford and Anita Gail Belcher, all of Tyler, Alabama; and seven grandchildren.
