DORIS J. “DOTTIE” DAVIS, 76, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at home with her daughters at her bedside.
Born, Doris Jean Reichmuth, October 23, 1938 in Louisville to Balz & Lillie Reichmuth. Dottie was a retired office manager for Decker Heating & Air and a member of Riverport Community Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Lawrence E. Davis.
Survivors include her three loving daughters, Debbie Small (Steve), Patti Helm (Bruce), and Karen Nutt (Mike); four grandchildren, Jeremy , Whitney, Alyssa and Lindsey; one great granddaughter, Lucy; three brothers, Charlie Reichmuth (Janet), Bob Reichmuth (Barbara), and Richard Reichmuth (Sandy); and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 – 8 p.m. Sunday and after 9 a.m. on Monday.
