Edna Jo (Mattingly) Horsley, 82, passed away Friday December 26, 2014 at Parkway Medical Center, Louisville, KY.
She was born in Louisville, KY to Robert Earl & Carrie Catherine (Bell) Mattingly.
She was a retired Secretary for the Community Development Cabinet.
Edna was preceded in death by her Parents and her loving Husband of 58 years, Harold Earl Horsley.
Survivors include her children: Mark Hannah, Michael Horsley, Cindy Wayne, Scott Horsley (Barbara) and Eric Horsley (Angela); 9 grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren;
a Brother: George Thomas Mattingly (Lucy) and a Sister: Theresa Marie Williams.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
Visitation will be Monday 2:00 – 8:00 PM
