Edna Hutto Wright, 79, of Ocilla, died Tuesday, December 23, 2014, at her residence.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Wednesday, December 31, 2014, at Frank Cemetery with Pastor Michael Bass officiating.
Mrs. Wright was born February 15, 1935, in Fitzgerald, Georgia to the late Ben & Beulah Adams Hutto. She was a graduate of Fitzgerald High School. She worked with Tice Yarn as well as Fitzgerald Underwear. She was an excellent cook who enjoyed grocery shopping and growing flowers. She enjoyed fishing and spending time with her grandchildren. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her children and their spouses: Vicki & Wayne Brown, Terry & Jerry Culpepper, and Marty & Diane Wright, all of Ocilla; seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a sister: Grace Steverson of Columbus. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years: Elbert F. Wright; an infant son: Richard Allen Wright; a brother: Thomas Hutto; and a sister: Alice Joiner.
