Devoted father of Antoinette M. Virgilio of Newton Upper Falls, Fred M. Virgilio and his wife Andrea of Needham, Clemente Virgilio and his wife Carol of Needham. Grandfather of Angela, Lisa, Karla, John, Maria, Daniella, Paul, David and Donna. Also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Brother of Sergio Virgilio of Framingham and the late Mario Virgilio. John was the founder of the Echo Bridge Restaurant of Newton Upper Falls.
