Louis Dubie 99, of Chelsea beloved husband of Geraldine (Knapp) Dubie died December 13th at the Chelsea Soldiers Nursing Home surrounded by his family. Born in Boston to the late Harry and Bessie (Silverstein) Dubie. Louis was employed as a Taxi driver for the City of Chelsea. He enjoyed his family along with going to dances and playing bingo. He was a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather who will be deeply missed.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his step children Mark Hudson and his wife Lori of Saugus, Linda Sawicki of Whitefield, NH, George Hudson of Brockton, grandchildren Amanda and Kayla Hudson of Saugus, Scott Sawicki of NH, Alyson Young of Utah, 3 great grandchildren, his nephew Jackie Edelstein of East Boston, Candy Winam of Chelsea and sister in law Leona Verrengia of Saugus. He was predeceased by his sister Jean Edlestein.
Funeral service to be held graveside Tuesday at 11:00 AM at Beth Israel Cemetery 232 Fuller Street, Everett. Relatives and friends invited.
