Hazel Louise Folsom, 87, of Tifton died Friday, December 12, 2014, at the Rehabilitation Center of South Georgia. A graveside funeral service will be held for Ms. Folsom at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 15, 2014, at Oak Ridge Cemetery where she will be laid to rest. Rev. Joseph L. Crumley will officiate. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 15, 2014, from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of the service at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Ms. Folsom was born on December 17, 1926 in Tift County and was the daughter of Henry Folsom and Annie Young Folsom, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by one brother and six sisters. She was retired from Dixie Oil Company and Pete Harvey’s Grocery Store.
Ms. Folsom is survived by two sisters, Eleanor Harvey and Annie Shoulders, both of Tifton.
